I’ve never been a sport brief fan – it feels like I’m always about to fall out (which seems odd – isn’t it a SPORTS brief?).  I finally found a pair I like though, but they’re damn hard to find:  Lonsdale sports white briefs:

Similar to the Kangol briefs I raved about before, these have that great English cotton that is strechy, breathable and comfortable.  They’re a sports cut, but they have a nice full pouch giving you lots of room for the goods you need to carry around.

If you find yourself around a pair of Londsale white briefs, be sure to grab yourself a pair – the best sports underwear I’ve seen in awhile.

Seems Twitter was all a flurry lately with the news that Joe Jonas wears tighty whties. (Looks like sports briefs more than your standard white briefs, but you tell me.)

What’s the big deal? I mean what else do you wear under thin white shorts than white briefs?

We had a reader send in these fresh hot pics of Tom Park in his white briefs – looking fashionable and sporty of course! Not sure what program these were taken on, DVD or TV, but in any case – Tom Parker is bringing white briefs back in style! Nice one Tom.

Last week when we had the poll asking you what your favorite white briefs feature was, I had a couple of emails asking why I wasn’t doing more white brief reviews. Great question! The truth of the matter is I haven’t really had the cash to buy any! A great shame, I know. As well, there were rave reviews on my vintage chinese white briefs series (which still happen to be some of the most comfy undies I have found) so I thought I’d make an effort!

Here’s some shots of me in the sports brief – sorry I get a little excited whenever I see white briefs!

Not nearly as good as the ones from the model Marcel, but hey I try. Some comments on the fit/etc:

• The material is very high quality and quite breathable. Really nice.
• I love the waistband – super sexy, simple.
• The fit is a nice, sporty fit. I found them perfect to wear to the gym and keep everything in its place while being nice and breathable.

Top marks all around! I thought perhaps the pouch was a little too small for me but after testing them out a couple of times it doesn’t seem to be a problem. These don’t run big or small, it seems, but it is a slim cut so if you’re not sure aim for the bigger size.
