Why do guys who are into white briefs (they come to this site) think it is tacky to show the waistband of their briefs? If I see a guy’s white briefs waistband my eyes can not look elsewhere. Same with seeing a guy in his briefs. I was at a gay hotel in my white briefs and a crowd of guys got me to come out and talk to them just like that. Two young guys walked by and made a comment like I was tacky, but I bet they liked seeing it. I think the guys who say it is tacky are the ones who like it secretly the most.

Just saw your post William and I think you are 100% right. I am 24 and I tuck my shirt into my underpants. I wear regular white underpants and the waistband is ALWAYS showing above my pants. I get so many negative comments from friends and am called “dorky” and “spazz” etc. but I have noticed that they just can’t keep their eyes off of my underpants and one of these friends,in private, even asked me if he could touch the waistband that was showing. Why don’t these guys come ot of the underpants closet and get a life!
I do not intentially show the waistband of my boxerbriefs, but I do tuck my shirt inside them, so the occasional flash does occur. I wear them this way because it is so much more comfortable not to have the elastic next to my skin, and allows the necessary adjustment of my crown jewels without getting half undressed in company. I am told by my Granddad that when he was a boy, all males tucked their shirts inside their underpants as they did not have elastic waist, and needed the support of braces.

I find that I easily get a rash if I have the elastic of my underpants waistband against my skin. As I rarely wear a vest, I do tuck my shirt inside my underpants, but do try not to have it showing.
I have always tucked my shirt inside my underpants since I started school – it was the accepted practice, and whilst I am sure that many folk have seen my boxers above the waist of my jeans, nobody has ever commented, and I have never embarrassed anyone by saying anything either. Don’t see a problem as my knickers are on view to the world on my washing line!
I’ve been a regular tucker since school days too. I normally wear briefs and like the feel of tucking. I sometimes show my waistband, though usually by accident, but I think it looks fine – even quite attractive!1
It never dawned on me that it was unusual to tuck my shirt into my underpants until I read this and other threads. I then started to check out my fellow students in the changing room, and thankfully it does appear that I am in a majority, although only just (17 out of 30 did on a regular basis) It is a good method as it keeps my waist tidy and enables an easier adjustment of my valuables.
that’s good to hear, jack. I love tucking, so much more comfortable and looks good too. It’s not so common where my partner and I live. Where are you? And what sort of shirts do they all tuck in their underpants?

I am in the Midlands of the UK. Generally they tuck in all long-sleeved shirts, whilst usually leaving Tshirts untucked outside their pants. Hope this info is of interest.
